An upcoming regional workshop will take place on 14 – 16 December 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand:
Pathways to Net Zero in Agrifood in Land Use Systems in Asia Long-Term Strategies, Carbon Neutrality, Transparency and the Carbon Market
The overarching purpose of the event is:
– to facilitate exchanges on work across the region to develop and implement Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) and long-term strategy (LTS) priorities for the agriculture and land-use sectors
– to strengthen transparency systems to monitor and report on these priorities, and
-to enhance readiness to access finance through compliance and voluntary carbon markets to scale-up action.
Those working in the agriculture and climate sectors, this is your calling. Discussions will include Long-term Strategies, Carbon Neutrality, MRVs and Transparency, and the Carbon Market.
